Get Your Wufoo API Key
- Log in to your Wufoo Account
- Go to Account → API Information
- Copy your API Key
- Note your Subdomain (yoursubdomain.wufoo.com)
- Find your Form Hash:
- Go to Forms
- Click on your form
- Click More → API Information
- Copy the Form Hash
💡 Tip:The Form Hash is a unique identifier for each form. You’ll need a separate hash for each form you want to track.
Connect to Email Calculator
Paid plan required. Wufoo integration is available on paid accounts. View pricing
- Go to Settings → API Integrations
- Select Lead Platforms from the dropdown
- Choose Wufoo
- Enter your Subdomain (without .wufoo.com)
- Enter your API Key
- Enter your Form Hash
- Click Connect Platform
Create Your First Report
- Navigate to your Dashboard
- Click New Report
- Select Wufoo as your data source
- Choose your date range (last 7, 30, or 90 days)
- Click Generate Report
Wufoo data available via Email Calculator
- • Entry ID and submission date
- • Form title and hash
- • Email address (if collected)
- • Name and all field values
- • IP address
- • UTM parameters from hidden fields
