Connect Wufoo to Email Calculator
Track form submissions and lead attribution by connecting your Wufoo account
Step 1: Get Wufoo API Credentials
- Log in to your Wufoo Account
- Go to Account → API Information
- Copy your API Key
- Note your Subdomain (yoursubdomain.wufoo.com)
- Find your Form Hash:
- Go to Forms
- Click on your form
- Click More → API Information
- Copy the Form Hash
💡 Tip: The Form Hash is a unique identifier for each form. You’ll need a separate hash for each form you want to track.
Step 2: Add Wufoo Integration in Email Calculator
- Go to Settings → API Integrations
- Select Lead Platforms from the dropdown
- Choose Wufoo
- Enter your Subdomain (without .wufoo.com)
- Enter your API Key
- Enter your Form Hash
- Click Connect Platform
Step 3: Track UTM Parameters
To attribute Wufoo submissions to specific email campaigns, add hidden fields to your form:
- In Wufoo Form Builder, add a Short Text field
- Click Advanced Settings
- Check “Hide Field”
- Set Default Value to use query parameters:
- utm_source
- utm_medium
- utm_campaign
Email Calculator will automatically extract UTM parameters from these hidden fields to attribute entries to campaigns.
What Gets Synced
- Entry ID and submission date
- Form title and hash
- Email address (if collected)
- Name and all field values
- IP address
- UTM parameters from hidden fields
