Connect HubSpot Forms to Email Calculator
Track form submissions and lead attribution by connecting your HubSpot account
Step 1: Get HubSpot API Credentials
- Log in to your HubSpot Account
- Go to Settings (gear icon) → Integrations → Private Apps
- Click Create a private app
- Name it “Email Calculator” and add a description
- Go to the Scopes tab
- Select Read access for:
- Forms
- Form submissions
- Click Create app
- Copy your Access Token
💡 Tip: Keep your access token secure. It provides access to your HubSpot form data.
Step 2: Add HubSpot Integration in Email Calculator
- Go to Settings → API Integrations
- Select Lead Platforms from the dropdown
- Choose HubSpot Forms
- Enter your Access Token
- Enter your Form GUID (found in form settings)
- Click Connect Platform
Step 3: Track UTM Parameters
HubSpot automatically tracks UTM parameters from page URLs. To enhance tracking:
- Add hidden fields to your forms for utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign
- Use HubSpot’s tracking code to capture URL parameters
- Map contact properties to track campaign attribution
Email Calculator will extract UTM parameters from form submissions and contact properties.
What Gets Synced
- Submission ID and timestamp
- Form ID and form name
- Contact email address
- First name, last name, company
- All form field values
- UTM parameters and source tracking
