Get Your HubSpot API Key
- Log in to your HubSpot account
- Click the Settings icon in the top navigation
- Navigate to Integrations → Private Apps
- Click Create a private app
- Name it "Email Calculator" and add a description
- Under Scopes, select: Read access for Marketing Emails
- Click Create app and copy your Access token

Pro or Agency plan required. Hubspot integration is available on Pro and Agency accounts. View pricing
- Go to your Email Calculator Settings page
- Find the API Integrations section
- Click Connect HubSpot
- Paste your Private App Access Token
- Click Verify & Save
- You'll see a confirmation message when connected successfully
Create Your First Report
- Navigate to your Dashboard
- Click New Report
- Select HubSpot as your data source
- Choose your date range (last 7, 30, or 90 days)
- Select the marketing emails you want to analyze
- Click Generate Report
