Get Your Wufoo API Key
- Log in to your Wufoo Account
- Go to Account → API Information
- Copy your API Key
- Note your Subdomain (yoursubdomain.wufoo.com)
- Go to Forms, click on your form
- Click More → API Information
- Copy the Form Hash
Connect to Email Calculator
Paid plan required. Wufoo integration is available on paid accounts. View pricing
- Go to your Email Calculator Settings page
- Find the API Integrations section
- Select Leads as the integration type
- Choose Wufoo from the platform dropdown
- Paste your API token or key
- Enter your form or workspace details
- Click Connect Platform
- Wait for the green checkmark confirmation
Create Your First Report
- Navigate to your Dashboard
- Click the + New Report button
- Select your email platform and campaign
- In the Leads section, select Wufoo
- Email Calculator will automatically match form submissions to campaign recipients
- View lead count, conversion rate, and lead quality metrics

- • Total Leads / Form Submissions
- • Lead Conversion Rate (% of recipients who submitted)
- • Coverage (% of recipients matched to submissions)
- • Leads per Email Sent
- • Submission Timestamps
- • Lead Email Addresses (when collected in form)
