Get Your HubSpot Forms API Key
- Log in to your HubSpot Account
- Go to Settings (gear icon) → Integrations → Private Apps
- Click Create a private app
- Name it "Email Calculator" and add a description
- Go to the Scopes tab
- Select Read access for Forms and Form submissions
- Click Create app
- Copy your Access Token
Connect to Email Calculator
Paid plan required. HubSpot Forms integration is available on paid accounts. View pricing
- Go to your Email Calculator Settings page
- Find the API Integrations section
- Select Leads as the integration type
- Choose HubSpot Forms from the platform dropdown
- Paste your API token or key
- Enter your form or workspace details
- Click Connect Platform
- Wait for the green checkmark confirmation
Create Your First Report
- Navigate to your Dashboard
- Click the + New Report button
- Select your email platform and campaign
- In the Leads section, select HubSpot Forms
- Email Calculator will automatically match form submissions to campaign recipients
- View lead count, conversion rate, and lead quality metrics

- • Lead Conversion Rate (% of recipients who submitted)
- • Coverage (% of recipients matched to submissions)
- • Leads per Email Sent
- • Submission Timestamps
