Google Forms + Email Calculator

Sync your Google Forms Submission and Lead Data via API.

Enable Google Forms API

  1. Go to Google Cloud Console
  2. Create a new project or select an existing one
  3. Enable the Google Forms API
  4. Navigate to APIs & Services then Credentials
  5. Click Create Credentials then OAuth 2.0 Client ID
  6. Configure the OAuth consent screen
  7. Download the OAuth 2.0 credentials JSON
  8. Complete the OAuth flow to get your Access Token

Connect to Email Calculator

Paid plan required. Google Forms integration is available on paid accounts. View pricing

  1. Go to your Email Calculator Settings page
  2. Find the API Integrations section
  3. Select Leads as the integration type
  4. Choose Google Forms from the platform dropdown
  5. Paste your API token or key
  6. Enter your form or workspace details
  7. Click Connect Platform
  8. Wait for the green checkmark confirmation

Create Your First Report

  1. Navigate to your Dashboard
  2. Click the + New Report button
  3. Select your email platform and campaign
  4. In the Leads section, select Google Forms
  5. Email Calculator will automatically match form submissions to campaign recipients
  6. View lead count, conversion rate, and lead quality metrics
