Can I export and share reports?

Yes. All users can view and share reports within the platform. Pro users can export reports in multiple formats (PDF, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, HTML, Text) for presentations and stakeholder updates. Pro also includes scheduled reporting to automatically send report updates to your team via email on a recurring basis.

How do I get help or contact support?

You can reach support through the feedback form on the homepage or by emailing contact@emailcalculator.com. The platform also includes help documentation and tooltips throughout to guide you through features and workflows.

What happens to my data if I delete my account?

When you delete your account, all associated campaign data, reports, and settings are permanently removed from the platform. This action cannot be undone. Before deleting your account, make sure to export any reports or data you want to keep using the export features available in each report.
